Easy to use, yes. Tried to back up my home directory, and after 2 hours it was not done (takes finder 20 minutes). Not only that, but I noticed I was missing about 800 megs on my HD. I realized that this app was gobbling up HD space in virtual memory (which accounted for my system being slow). Restarted to regain the swap space. Did nothing fancy to cause this except enable permission saving and deletion from destination of non-existant files in source. Have not bothered to try without these settings.
