this is there worst ver ever the xp home will not install with os x 10.1.2, connectix had me reinstall 5 times before coming up with it does not work. if your smart you would return this product it sucks GET YOUR MONEY BACK . also call there customer service dept and let them know. the number is 650-571-5100 CALL CALL CALL let them know they sell crap!!!!!!
