I tried to install this, but received a "firmware already updated" error message on my Blue & White G3 (now a Sonnet G4, of course). Does anyone know what firmare version we are supposed to be at currently (as of 12/7/2001)? After the message, the installer encouraged me to restart my computer, and I chose to restart because I wasn't sure whether any changes had been made. Upon restart, I found a "G4 Firmware Updater (1.4.5)" in my Trash folder. Can I presume that I'm all ready to go now? Is there anything else that needs to be done? Am I fully Altivec-equipped so that I can run Virtual PC 4 (if I ever wanted to)?
