Gomez - when I say "fault tolerant," I mean of JPEG markers, types, etc. JADE will open more JPEGs than any other viewer I've seen. There are actually subtle differences between one JPEG and the next, depending on which app compressed and wrote the file, and how. JADE is very lax about opening files that some viewers insist are "corrupted." As for stability, I've used it on all 5 power macs I've owned, from system 7.6 to 9.0.4 and it's always been rock solid for me.
