If you'd looked at the date this was posted (2001), you'd realise the OP is referring to an earlier "Apple iMac Software Update 1.2.1". Versiontracker retains the title for updates. Coincidentally, Apple released an update of this software with a version number which was not only released in 2007, but also in 2001.
