Remember that AudioGalaxy is seriously overloaded. This is not the client's fault and it cannot do anything about it. Sadly Audiogalaxy does use a main server to do its magic and this means it can overload and affect clients. Since Audiogalaxy is not receiving money from anyone then fixing or upgrading hardware is a slow and fragile procedure.
