Agreed: useful little chunk of code; more explanation needed. Note that, despite it's icon and function, this is an application and not a control panel. Hence it doesn't need to live in the Control Panels folder; you don't need to restart after 'installing' it; and if you merely drop it into the System Folder, the Finder will not automatically place it in the Control Panels folder.
