I noticed a slight increase in stability, but a major decrease in speed., Loading pages take up to twice the time now. Netscape 6 works poorly with OS 9.1, and will not work with the OS X beta. The "Window" menu is unnesscary, for people who aren't lazy. I never use it. Looks like trying to ease the transition to OS X is actually alot rougher than expected. I'm not upgrading to OS X, #1, most of the software I need is not ready for OS X, #2, my G3 is not compatible with OS X (Only my Powerbook is, but now my Powerbook has become useless, since it cannot network with OS 9.1. I used to network the PowerBook and the Desktop G3 together.)
