This is the worst in a succession of incredibly poorly programmed pieces of bloatware by this company. It's highly unstable and messes up your computer. By all means go back and download version G2 while still available at the site. I wouldn't use this company's products if there were an alternative to play Real Audio files. Even so, I may just chuck their product alltogether and do without the audio files. It's THAT bad. I wish I could give it a five turkey rating, rather than the one star.
