Product lacks maturity and it's current capability doesn't warrant a recommendation. I currently use SPAMKiller (now owned by Mcaffee) and am not fully satisfied with it either--mainly because it doesn't work inside of Outlook as Outlook Spam Filter does--but it does a better job of filtering and has a complete set of filtering tools. Note, I am not associated with either product in any way.
