I'm giving this five stars. It has worked perfectly between my Outlook program at work and my iCal at home. The developer was very quick to respond to a tech support question. I've certainly gotten my $10 worth! There's one little hiccup I'm hoping to get help with: After converting my Outlook calendar information to iCal using Outlook2Mac, I can't get the converted appointments into my iPod using iSync. I get error messages instead. I've written the developer and imagine I'll get the same quick response. Great job!
