The e text editor is a fast & elegant notepad replacement for Windows. It offers advanced features such as tabbed editing and incremental search, as well as some unique features like a powerful visual undo.

Visual Undo History
In most text editors, undoing more than a few steps back is cumbersome. The powerfull visual undo history in e makes backtracking fast and effortless. You can even resume editing and still retain the old branch.

Tabbed Editing
Have multible documents open at the same time. The tabs makes it easy to switch between all open documents.

Fast Incremental Search
Search while you type. Fast incremental search makes finding what you are looking for fast and intuitive.

What's new in this version:

Now fully supports XP theming.
Tabbed Editing: The tab-bar now has a close button and context menus. The spin buttons can be extended to a scrollbar.
When closing multible files, you now get a dedicated dialog where you can select which of the modified files you wish to save.
If you make multible selections (by holding down ctrl while selecting), you can now reverse their order by using the "Reverse Selections" menu item (or ctrl-W).
Many minor UI and text navigation improvements.
