This is the best sync software I ever use. The free version is enough for our day to day job. I use SyncBack to sync data from C: to D: without fail, but only one issue I face is that it cannot sync foreign characters - eg. Chinese.

Oddly, until this version of SyncBack SE, it did not offer some of the same features as a more direct program, such as DirSync. SyncBack SE will become SyncBack Pro by year's end and the price will double. However, if you start with this app, you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, DirSync is the most accurate synching program on the market.
