Daemon Tools - 4.11.2

Daemon Tools is one of the apps that I truly cannot live without. It has saved me dozens of cd and dvd disks for allowing me to mount iso and .bin files without first having to burn them to a disk. Very easy to use, lets you mount any number of drives, requires little resources. Been using it for well over 5 years and truly cannot live without it.

Oh and it runs great on Vista too (version 4.11)
Contrary to the comments by the guy below there are NO ads whatsoever. The installer will ask you during install if you want to see/support some of their sponsors. By unchecking the boxes, nothing is installed. So to the user below, try reading the simple instructions before adding junk to your pc. A beginner user shouldn't be reviewing an application when he/she can't even read.

I strongly recommend this easy to use app to anyone who downloads files off the internet (iso, bin other types of disk images). Beats burning to a cd anytime. Have NEVER had an issue with this app. Congrats to the developers for a fine and FREE app.

Unless you consider spyware, intrusive toolbars and popup ads free. Granted, they warn you when you register, but if you want to use this virtual CD program, you have to install other things, expose personal information on the internet, and put up with ads. I'd rather buy a package. The Version Tracker should have said something about this, and I wonder about the honesty of the other reviews of this product.
