You can convert multiple files in a single batch, regardless of their source and target formats. In addition, the program includes a built-in player. This is not upgrade to XP MS Plus! Audio Converter - Version: 1.36, 5/23/2004 09:40AM PST

THis may be a fine package, but it is not an upgrade to the MS XP Plus Audio converter. This program is a shareware version that must be upgraded for $24 before it is useful. I have not tried it as I am only updating existing software not previewing ASP software vendors.
