Product Description:

FairStars Audio Converter converts WAV, AIFF, AU, VOC, SVX, IFF, APE, FLAC, OGG, VQF, MP1, MP2, MP3, WMA, WMV, and ASF files to WMA (WMA 9 VBR and CBR mode), MP3, VQF, OGG, FLAC, APE, and WAV formats. You can convert multiple files in a single batch, regardless of their sources and target formats. The audio-format conversions are performed without any temporary files, allowing high conversion speeds. Other features include normalization (volume adjustment) and support for ID3 tags.

Version 1.36 adds FLAC lossless audio-format input and output support.

This is not upgrade to XP MS Plus! Audio Converter - Version: 1.36, 5/23/2004 09:40AM PST

THis may be a fine package, but it is not an upgrade to the MS XP Plus Audio converter. This program is a shareware version that must be upgraded for $24 before it is useful. I have not tried it as I am only updating existing software not previewing ASP software vendors.
