EffNews RSS Reader ReviewUnable to add a channel - Version: 1.0.15, 10/29/2003 12:54PM PST

I was trying out some different RSS viewers. This one was frustrating because it seems the only way to add a site is to drag-and-drop a link to the rss feed onto the app, which means you have to arrange it so that your browser and the app are visible on-screen at the same time. This usage was non-obvious, I only figured it out after reading the help. It was confusing to just see a greyed-out "Add" button.

Additionally, it only shows a paragraph of the article, rather than the whole article. For that you have to click to have it opened in your browser.

It doesn't seem to have any configurable options for how often to look for new articles nor any options to alert you to a new article.
