Works by allowing "points" (auctions) to be used each week, in the case of this free version, three. The minimum times to place the bid cannot be selected with this version. (places bid 10-20 seconds before ending) You can upgrade, or buy more points individually. Premium services for approx $ 9-12/mo will give you ability to set time as you wish, and unlimited points. A clean app, functions well. If you are looking to decide on a paid service, give it a try. If you only need to watch 3 auctions a week with limited functionality, the free version might work for you.
