I have been trying for two months to get Nero installed on my computer. I ordered the download and have been trapped in a support loop ever since. I only get automatic replies and no one seems to be actually reading my email or reviewing the troubleshooting files I have been required to send in. If you plan on purchasing this software DO NOT BUY it as a download, and prey you do not have to work with their costumer support as it is only available via email and they are in Germany. Nothing wrong with Germany, but the response times I am seeing is a minimum of 5 days and as long as 12 days!

DocuTrack ReviewThere's nothing like it.. - Version: 6.6.0.16, 8/27/2005 02:19AM PST

Nero 6 Ultra Edition is a BIG utility and it demands that you configure and investigate all of the options that are available with this awesome software. The Nero Mix player is awesome and instead of loading up the player with its own version of your music library, it simply uses the library you already have on your computer. You load a playlist and listen to it or burn it if you want, too. It's so simple.. and the Nero Animation Studio makes all other media player visualisation plugins seem obsolete. Perhaps the neatest part is being able to make CDV's - slideshows, animations, movies, music that you put on a regular CDR - but can play in regular DVD players. And that is just the tip of the iceburg. Nero ROCKS.. and it is well worth the money and the time to learn to use it properly. You'll love it!
