PDF-XChange Viewer is much more than just a replacement for Adobe viewer. It enables users to highlight and even make notes and comments directly onto a PDF document; something that normally is permitted only via Adobe Acrobat. This is a great way to share opinions about a PDF with others.

Another useful feature is that you can fill out a PDF form that is not coded to allow for user-filling. Best of all? It's free!

The best alternative to Adobe reader !

Loaded with features and for end users free - Developer's kit is available as a free eval - but chargeable to use/distribute.
