Product Description:

Flash is the standard for interactive vector graphics and animation for the web. Web designers use Flash to create beautiful, resizable, and extremely compact navigation interfaces, technical illustrations, long-form animations, and other dazzling effects for their site. Graphics and animation will anti-alias and scale based on the viewer's screen size, providing high-quality viewing.

If you already have Flash MX 2004 or Flash MX Professional 2004 installed, you do not need to uninstall prior to running the update installation. This update installs on top of Flash MX 2004 or Flash MX Professional 2004. Ensure that you have closed Flash before running the update installer. You must be logged in as an administrator to run the update installer.

What's new in this version:

This product update fixes bugs in the English version of Flash MX 2004 and Flash MX Professional 2004. All users running the English version of Flash MX 2004 7.0 should apply this updater, regardless of location or operating system. This updater will update Flash MX 2004 to version 7.0.1. You can check your product version number by selecting the Help > About menu.

This is incorrectly identified as an upgrade to MS's HTML Help Image Editor that is part of the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop Package. The porgram name may be "C:\Program Files\HTML Help Workshop\flash.exe" but this has noting to do with Macromedia's Flash product
