Wrong! It does modify photos, create contact sheets, screensavers, slide presentations, and more. XNView is very good, although I experience problems with crashing occasionally. But overall, this is an excellent program. The only other photo viewer I've found that is almost as good is Hamrick's VuePrint. XNView is free, or if you want to support the developer, given him $32 for it and you get slightly more functionality. If you like looking at LOTS of pictures, and scanning them rapidly, this program is the best.
