HyperSnap is a good effort, but this program always seems to be playing catchup with SnagIt from TechSmith. HyperSnap's annotation and markup tools are crude and require significant adjustments. It is reasonably priced and if you want second best for the same price, try HyperSnap. But if you want a screen capture program that can do it all, just go buy SnagIt; you won't regret it.
