Product Description:

Artweaver is a program to simulate natural brush tools. It is therefore suitable to leave your creativity free run. Artweaver functions: realistic imitation of brushes, chalks, and charcoals; detailed adjustment possibilities for altering existing brushes and creating new custom brushes; common image processing tools like gradient, crop, fill, and selection tools; countless file formats like AWD (Artweaver), BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, TGA, TIFF, and PNG; transparency and layers; large number of filters like sharpen, soften, emboss, and mosaic; many effect filters; editable text layers (font, size, color, leading); support for pressure sensitive pen tablets; history function to undo or redo last working steps; support for plug-ins.

Someone suggested this to me and I wasn't expecting much. I already use Photoshop and have GIMP. But this blew me away. Very professional and full-featured. Give it a look.
