I love this little program and it works great for me.
I have had only 1 problem with this so far and that was when i tried to download a skin for it - but i think that it was the skin designer at error as opposed to the FLV developers.
Otherwise: I have had no problems as of yet with crashes.
Has played effectively all media files I have chucked at it.
If you've not used earlier versions, the controls are simple enough.
Have had no need to download extra codecs, yet.
Plays files my WMP refuses to.
And best of all - IT IS FREE :-D

Hold up against any of the "Big Boys" media players.

Well worth checking out if you're looking for a versatile multimedia player that doesn't hog all your resources with needless "crap" running in the background. Controls and adjustments may take a little getting used to, but they're all there and functioning. If you're looking for a great alternative to winamp, divx, windows media player, cyberlink, or quicktime, this is the program.
The current version crashes sometimes with simple mp4 files from onlinetvrecorder.com :( Older versions seems to be more stable and more cpu efficent. At least I like it!
