FileProbe provides a wide range of file management tools, eliminating the need to use separate browsing tools and utilities, when handling compressed archives, local, networked, remote storage and the Win32 shell browsing space. Some of the many features include frame-based layout to allow emulation of MS Explorer, Norton Commander and other UI's, and customizable user layouts. Browse, modify, and/or create compressed archives just like ordinary directories. Any number of file operations can be carried out simultaneously; FTP uploads, downloads, backup operations, file search processes, archive compressions all at once. Browse any sort of storage media while transfers are in progress. Access printers, control panels and all other shell services from within Probe. Jump, drag and drop to/from the clipboard with other apps and much, much more.
