Background Buddy is a free and useful wallpaper changer utility. When Background Buddy starts, it automatically shrinks to the panel. Click with either mouse button to display the settings page. Choose a wallpaper path, edit the switch delay, and the Wallpaper Control settings and apply the changes. Pressing OK shrinks Background Buddy to the panel again. I was given access to this app by the developer(Pro Edition), and must say it does the job pretty well, it's a light application, easy on system resorces and does what it claims.
and to top it off, it runs in Windows Vista!... no funky compatability junk to make it run, just works!
though, my small gripe was that it didn't do cross fading, but the developer nade note of it, and will probably be in a soon coming release of Background Buddy. Only reason my my gripe is what I'm used to in Mac OS X .... at least now there is one familiar feature that I'm used to seeing when I dual boot from my Intel based Mac in to Vista!
