What's new in this version:

Performance increase.
Ctrl-A now toggles between selecting all and selecting none.
Default paper size is now set on line 2 of the language .txt file. (US English = letter).
Clickable links allow you to right click and delete or change the link type. Clicking near each end of a link allows you to select where it terminates and reposition it using drag and drop or nudge.
