dear sir,
the Bluetooth device driver is not correct as it is for windows xp and not for vista 64 bit. please always try to search the right driver for the installed windows system. hope you will give me the complete information regarding software and intalled hardware to avoid any complication and to get the maximum result from the version tracker.

i think this bluetooth device driver is not for windows vista 64bit. please find out the right driver for the installed windows system to avoid any inconevenience and to get the complete benefits of version tracker.
it would be more suitable to download the correct driver if you indicate the model number of installed hardware.
