Product Description:

Backup-2006 Studio supports unlimited zip file size (Pkware Deflate64). You can backup any folder to any destination (network lan, any removable media including CD and DVD). Backup-2006 Studio comes with its own burner driver. It can span archive files over multiple media. You can schedule any job, upload to one or two FTP or HTTP servers.

It offers a graphical backup map, catalog, log files and can email you when a job is done.

Backup-2006 Studio is able to manage backup in classic mode (1 file per job) or in unique archive mode (1 file updated by each job).

Backup-2006 Studio ioffers multiple ways to restore one or more specific files, a group of files (e.g. *.doc), a folder or the entire archive file just with few clicks. Restore can be processed to the original location or to any destination. Built in verify and repair function it includes functions to cut archive file in smaller pieces, or to merge multiple parts archive files.

What's new in this version:

New : Virtual Shadow Copy. You can now disconnect the Virtual Shadow Copy. See the How tab in standard profile. The VSC allows you to back up or copy files locked by another process.
New : network connection. When you define a network connection if a connection for the same computer has been already defined, this definition will be proposed.
Enhanced : when you run a backup or a copy if the connection failed, or if you have not defined a connection, the program with try to use an existing one for the same computer.
