Operating System Requirements:
This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:
I am planning to shift from my MacBook (with 120 GB hard drive) to a MacBook Air (with 64 GB SSD). The major drop in mobile storage is forcing me to change my media management. I have in the past kept my full library of audio, video and photos on my MacBook, with a second copy on my iMac at home. With the MBA, I need to keep only a subset of my media files on my mobile machine, which needs to sync with the iMac much in the same way that a small-capacity iPod syncs with a large media library. SuperSync, which has in the past simply kept my two duplicate libraries in sync with one another, is the tool that I am now testing for use in syncing a subset of the full library on the mobile machine. I'm currently testing it on the MacBook, and it is working beautifully to use SmartPlaylists to automatically choose items to sync to the mobile machine.
Kudos to SuperSync for developing a product so strong that it was ready to fill this need even before I knew I needed it!
