Product Description:

StudioSchool Pro is a comprehensive, integrated management system designed to meet the database needs of Community Music and Art schools; Dance schools; non-profits organizations; and businesses or municipal programs involved in education or training. StudioSchool Pro is suitable for use by Nature Centers, Adult Education, After School Programs, Museums, Clubs and any other organization that needs to manage Contacts and Mailing Lists; Registration for Classes, Workshops or other events; Fundraising/Development and Membership.

StudioSchool Pro has an easy to use interface, allowing new users to get started quickly, but also includes many time-saving shortcuts and "power user" features which greatly speed time consuming functions like re-registration for classes. New features based directly on user feedback are added regularly.

Built in FileMaker Pro, StudioSchool Pro is fully cross-platform and available in single and multi-user versions.

The 3.32 release includes enhancements in many areas and addresses a number of small issues noted by users.

Classes

Enrollment Summary analysis report has been significantly enhanced to show detailed percentage breakdown of both enrollment and income making it a powerful analysis tool.

Registration

Two additional user customizable deduction fielda
Financial Aid/Deduction Summary analyzing all discounts and aid for one term
Family Invoice now include lesson/class start dates
Printing Invoice now adds "Invoice Printed" comment line

Accounting Reports

All reports now allow selection and Sort by Department and Location
Fixed "Missing GL Records" bug

General/Contacts

Added export for Constant Contact upload
Added button for "Copy Name and Address to clipboard"
Revised Donor Activity dates to update and 'Refresh' properly
Fixed In-House Credit issue so that an IHC can be applied to multiple registrations like any other payment
Added "Status" field to main tab
