MagneticTime allows you to listen to your Outlook & Outlook Express emails & Word documents like songs (Audio mp3 files) on your iPod, mobile phone or PDA. Our audio files are designed to look and feel like songs to take advantage of the standard functions of your audio player. MagneticTime emails & documents can be Played, Paused, Stopped, Skipped back & forward, filed in Playlists etc. MT automatically creates a new Outlook folder. Once a new email arrives in your inbox, it’s automatically selected & copied to that folder, where it awaits processing & translation to audio. This process is automatic. Outlook Express users make email choices using the supplied MagneticTime selections browser. Custom selections are made and exported to your MT Library where they await translation to audio.

MagneticTime will also allow you to process emails with Word document attachments. When you are ready to listen to your emails on your iPod, Mobile Phone or PDA, simply connect that device to your PC and press the relevant download button. You are now ready to listen to your emails.

Word documents are selected & processed using the supplied MT-Assist™ user interface. The user can browse & select any number of documents for processing & translation to audio. As with emails, you simply connect your device to your PC, press the relevant download button and your word documents are now ready for listening. The ‘MT Desktop Player’ lets you to listen to your emails or docs on your PC, at your desk, and is supplied as standard.

The simplicity of ‘MT-Assist’ provides an intuitive user interface for working with and managing your library of audio emails & docs. It consciously takes its cues from other audio software you may have used, like iTunes™ or Windows Media Player™. Use it to manually select, sort, view, process and download to your chosen mp3 player.
