Fixed some errors in which a project wouldn't be saved if it was already being accessed.
Added tooltips for important input controls that were slightly ambiguous.
Made some improvements on the garbage collection and disposing.
Minor code tweaking in various general functionality areas.
Minor bug and error fixes in a few places.
