Product Description:

Excel Invoice Manager, a billing software powered by Excel, does provide some unique features, allowing you to manage customers, products, invoices and payments with ease.

By integrating with Microsoft Excel, Excel Invoice Manager provides a true What You See Is What You Get interface not only for creating and editing invoices, but also for designing your own invoices with various tools provided by Microsoft Excel. By utilizing Active-Template technology, you can connect to databases directly from the Excel template, and easily manage large amount of data such as your customers, products, invoices and payments.

Unlike Express edition, Platinum edition has the ability to search customers, products and invoices in all data list windows. For detailed information about the difference between editions, please see the help document.

The invoice template included is completely free and can be used standalone to create and calculate invoices.

What's new in this version:

New feature: Support for credit note or credit memo.
New feature: Displaying summary information on the Customer Statement report. To add this feature to your existing template, please see Displaying Summary Information on Customer Statement.
New feature: Same As Bill To button. To enable this feature in your existing template created with the previous version of Excel Invoice Manager, please see Adding or Removing the "Same As Bill To" Button.
New feature: Payment Report.
New feature: Saving time part of date if needed. In the previous versions of Excel Invoice Manager, a field of type Date does not save time value, despite in the underlying database its field type is Date Time. In this new version, the time part is accepted along with date value.
