What's new in this version:
- New Security Group Option : Allow Issues to be assigned to other users - Whenever an issue is created or editing if this option is not checked the drop down box for "assigned to" will be read only
- New Security Group Option : Allow Issues to be scheduled to a version - Whenever an issue is created or editing if this option is not checked the drop down box for "scheduled for" will be read only
- New Field on Projects : Assign user "X" all new issues - Whenever new issues are added the default assigned user will be X
- New Field on Projects : Assign version "Y" all new issues - Whenever new issues are added the default scheduled version will by Y
- Fixed javascript errors
- When a search is done for an issue id it will appear in the search regardless of filtering
