Product Description:

AbuseShield picks up where anti-virus and firewall software fail, by proactively shielding your system from malware before it harms your system. Most malware fighting applications such as virus scanners look for known patterns and need to be updated with recent definitions to be effective. AbuseShield directly blocks all programs that are not registered, giving you full protection all the time.

What's new in this version:

Reduced the amount of times a user is prompted.
Bugfix misc. performance enhancements
Bugfix POSIX processes (i.e. not Win32) sometimes reported an empty path causing unexpected behavior.
Bugfix FileMonitor event fired an extra event which had impact on system performace
Added a search function to the file monitor window
Bugfix, the snooze function is remembered after a reboot
Bugfix if a process is both marked as allowed with an invalid checksum and suspended then the suspended process is selected when the administrator is activated.
