Logitech Cordless USB Trackball CommentaryNew Driver listed here not offered at Logitech - Version: 9.80.0.0, 12/11/2005 12:13AM PST

The Logitech website your link took me to continues to offer the 9.79.00 driver and not the 9.80.00 driver you listed as an update for my trackball. Any reason you know about?

This is one of the better devices I have used for protecting against stress on sholder and hand joints and retaining full circulation during long session at the computer. I was distressd when Logitech discontinued my old favorite track ball that I used at computers in several locations. Tried the Microsoft comparable device and found it extremely difficult, easily filled with dust and sticking regularly; moreover, even when clean, it lacked the accuracy and flexibily of settings that the Logitech provides.

The online instructions for setting any Logitech mouse are superior. Seemed a bit pricey when compared market, and the learning curve is steep, but worth every minute spent retraining myself for it and every penny in the reliablity and comfort it gives my long computing days.
