I downloaded this update and now I can not access my HP printer I have tried reinstalling drivers and going to the HP site but no matter what I do the printer is not recognized and leaves me unable to print.

The driver I need is a "multimedia audio controller" related to my soundblaster card. I have no sound at present.

The problem is that your software is sending me to a site by "Brother" which is a printer? This is the wrong driver for what I need. Your software is mistaken.
