I guess the version 2.0.7 should be better than version 2.0.5 that I'm currenty using. So please read my comment on version 2.0.5 page.

The best program I found in the last two years.
Better options than other paid programs.
Awesome editing, converting, renaming capabilities. The best image manager.
Options to edit and/or see picture information on a full screen mode a realy useful.
Adding descriptions to pictures, titles, special effects are realy easy.
The special effects you can add to pictures bring them almost to an art pieces.
Red eye reduction, normally a bad option in most programs works very well.
Lossless handling on cropping and rotating are a nice feature.
The only minus is tha lack of a good printing module. Onle one picture can be printed per page. Can't print a contact sheet or a web layout.
Try it, don't be worry about. Small download file, adware, malware and spyware free, for no fee
is realy a great deal.

...does not preview PNG files (i.e. in Thumbnail view), though it renders them fine in the image viewer sidebar.

This free software run pretty fast and stable. It is not only provided wide range of image editing features other freeware don't have, but the tools arrangement are really handy that far better than those commercial software.
The only short of feature for me should be multiple image printing in single page as if catalogue print.
I can't rate the support and documentation because I even don't have to read any document before or after use it for few weeks.

I don't need it. So it means that program is very well worked and error free in his operation.
