CADstyle is a full-featured plug-in that enables users to directly import CAD models and assemblies into Carrara by natively reading the most common industry-standard CAD file formats. Compatible with Carrara Studio 3 and Carrara 4 Standard (included in Carrara 4 Pro).

What's new in this version:

Eovia CADstyle natively reads VRML, OIV, STL, IGES, STEP, VDAFS, SAT and OpenNURBS files, and converts NURBS surfaces and solids into ready-to-render accurate polyhedric models using a crack-free tessellation engine.

The CADstyle plug-in enables designers and illustrators to import into Carrara to texture, light, render and animate models from numerous popular CAD and 3D applications such as: SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, ICEM-Surf, UniGraphics, SolidThinking, Cobalt, Concepts Unlimited, ACIS-based applications and more.
