What's new in this version:

Documents could not be edited if they were stored in folders with a " character in the folder name - Thread.
Improved detection and usage of system default font (especially under Vista with classic theme).
Toolbar text in IE toolbar was wrong for the "Start Local Website Archive" button - Thread.
Document count wasn't remembered for root folder.
Smaller fixes.
