Product Description:

Reduce the actual size of Adobe PDF files by compressing font, text and graphics. Compressed PDF files can be opened and viewed by almost all versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader without any issue. The compression ratio is outstanding for most PDF files, however some PDF files are already compressed and they cannot be compressed any further. My 19MB pdf file was not compressed at all. Another 500KB file with a couple pictures was compressed about 10%. It's not doing the job I was expecting.

Works with large files but small PDF actually get bigger after 'compression'. The saving in size is not great (eg for one of the PDFs I tried, 487,063 bytes reduced to 485,761).
