I have just installed Version Tracker Pro, and have a situation where it is telling me that the Windows Movie Maker on my XP system is out of date -- but the new version requires Vista. I don't think this version should be flagged for my system. Please advise. Thanks.

According to MS this version is for Windows Vista only. My OS is Windows XP Pro.

I agree with the comment that Version Tracker Pro should know what system you are running and only post updates which apply to your particular operating system. Its very frustrating to go to the web-site then find out that your system will not run the update.

Version tracker needs to recognize operating systems! It tells me this is an update, which since I am running XP, is clearly not.

up near the top of this page for windows movie maker 2.6 it needs to say "for vista" because manhy people like me will not scroll down to see the vista requiremnet, and wast time downloading and installing this thing, then at the last moment, it says installation failed because you dont have vista.
. furthermore, this feedback page needs to mark all the fields with a notice that all fields are required to be filled in, so you dont waste time submiting it and then getting error messages.

I find this to be a useful video editing programme. It does not do all that I need and other programmes are used.
