The 1st to offer both Single & Dual Layer DVD Burning!
Free Upgrades & Support! Free Software Included!

What you get:
My request.....
I want a refund.
I have not been able to burn or copy any DVD's for back up.
I was under the impression this program copied all and any DVD's. Please
refund my money.

Their answer:
Once a purchase has been made and you've been provided with a means to register it, we can't provide a refund due to the intangible nature of software.

This IS NOT mentioned or made clear at time of purchase. All the problems that can occur are in at least 2 different areas on their site "hidden" in the fine print.

They are frauds and should be made to refund money on a mis-represented product.

Does anyone know if I have any consumer rights???
I just bought this 01 Oct. 2007.

1Click DVD Copy CommentaryBad Customer Service - Version: 5.1.1.6, 2/21/2007 03:33AM PST

I bought this software 1CLICK DVD COPY 5 in Feb. I had problems with this software from the very beginning. I would try to copy a DVD and it would just hang there. It would not read my drives. When I attempted to find out what was wrong it hung up my computer and gave me critical errors. I had to uninstall your product to even get my computer up and running again.
I wrote customer service and reiterated this to them not once, but twice. I told them nicely mind you that I wanted a refund. I received a very incredibly rude email stating that they were not obliged to refund my purchase unless I demonstrated there is a problem they cannot resolve. I wrote two emails back demanding a manager to contact me. They ignored me both times. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Very rude and incredibly inappropriate customer service.

I'm have copied a couple of dozen DVDs now and it works like charm!

It's only liability is that it's price is a bit high.
Yes, quality costs more, but if you wanna be frugal (and I am) you may wanna search for a discount before buying it.
With froogle I found a site that sells it with 20% off the price ( http://www.lightsparkle.com/product_page-2590.htm ).
