Product Description:

Smart PopUp Stopper stops all annoying popups and popunders. It optionally blocks banner ads for faster surfing. You can allow popups by holding down Ctrl while clicking a link. You are notified when popup ads are blocked by a flash of the tray icon and a Custom-Speakers sound (or PC Beep). Smart Popup Stopper supports all versions of Internet Explorer. It's easy to use as it's self configurable. The program runs in the background.
