A feature film would fit on a 128 Mb stick.

Most AVI, DV, Quicktime and MPEG formats are supported. Certain movie files can't be converted. For example Real Video and WMV-files are not compatible with this software. Also protected files, such as DVD's are not supported. Other than that, you can pretty convert anything that moves.
