Excellent program, albeit expensive. If you are going to buy DVD Region+CSS Free, do some price comparison. Check out Froogle.Com, DePrice.Com, PriceGrabber.Com, Kelkoo.Co.Uk, Shopping.Com and EBay.Com
I bought mine at 10% Off during sale

and you can find similar or better deals if you follow my advice.

With the latest version getting updates is easier. A better combination of the sofware is DVDIdle Pro which has both DVDIdle and DVD Region + CSS Free. DVDIdle is great for laptops.

...with just a little work, a hunt on Google/DVD Resource page, will find the patch you need to play all regions on your PCs DVD for FREE. $10-20 MAYBE... $30-40 is greed.
