Product Description:

UNIX\Linux users will be very familiar with this little tool. It creates a file or files when executed from the MS-DOS command-line. For example, executing "touch somefile.txt" from within MS-DOS will create the file "somefile.txt". Another example, executing "touch file1.txt file2.c" will create the files "file1.txt" and "file2.c".
