As others have said, if you have been using XP even for a short while, many of these features you would have already figured out, the others are really pointless unless you have a 325Mb/s Broadband line for multiple downloading.

the tweaks have already been applied by anyone who has a good knowledge of Windows. Most useful for those who have only a basic understanding or less of the operating system.
